As an avid hockey fan and lover of hockey
romance, I’ve always wanted to write my own. The timing was never right,
though, so when the opportunity came along, I didn’t hesitate to snatch it up!
Two For Holding introduces us to Porter
Hamilton, the captain of the New York Titans hockey team, and Savannah
Callaway, a proud single mother who is perfectly content with her life. You’ve
got one private woman thrown into the spotlight and one hotshot man who
suddenly is vying for the heart of a woman AND her little boy. Watching the
three of them form a bond is both fun and endearing!
You don’t have to love hockey to enjoy Two
For Holding! I hope you give it a chance!
Savannah Callaway has a wonderful life with
her amazing son and a great career. Hockey star Porter Hamilton was living his
best life on the ice. They both thought life couldn’t get any sweeter until one
fateful day when one puck over the glass set everything in motion. Fans of sports
romance will find themselves cheering as Sav and Hammy navigate their new life
together. The fourth book in the highly adored 425 Madison series is now live!

Savannah
I didn’t think I was missing anything. I had my son, a great career, and a home that I’d made for both of us. One puck over the glass at a hockey game made me realize I wanted more. The larger-than-life hockey player inserted himself into our world and I never wanted to let him go.
The thing is, I don’t know if I’m strong enough to keep him.
Porter
My home was on the ice, with a stick in my hand and a puck on my tape. It took one little boy with a toothless smile and his spitfire mother to change all that. I wanted them to be my home and I was willing to take all the penalties necessary to make it happen.
Now I just have to convince her that we can handle it all together.
Melding three lives into one isn’t as easy as it seems, especially with the traveling, the media, and the insecurities. Savannah and Porter have to decide whether to use the breakaway to head to the goal or take a seat on the bench.

Ooh, I don't watch hockey, but admit that I love reading hockey romances! Thanks for the peek at yours, Kay--looking forward to reading more!
ReplyDeleteMy blogger name Laney4 originated because of Bobby Orr, #4, for the Boston Bruins many moons ago. Although not a HUGE fan of hockey, I AM a fan and think I'll enjoy checking out this series. Am glad they are all standalone stories, as I might not read them in the correct order, depending on my work situation and life circumstances. Thanks for the chance to win a copy to get me started!
ReplyDeleteI love Hockey, although I haven't watched much in 2 years (we moved to a different state, so my fav team doesnt get air time)! This sounds good.
