Happy Spring!

By: Bobbi Romans

Congratulations to "Kai", the winner of Bobbi's giveaway. Thank you to all who participated.

Hi Everyone! Happy Spring (ducks) well, hope its spring-ISH where you are. I’m back and here to present my latest release, a short HEA story titled...
Montana Spring

Meadow Paxon sought solitude. A peaceful place where she could think about life. What she wanted, where she wanted to be and who she wanted to be with, if she wanted anyone at all.

So here she was, last place she ever expected, doing the oddest thing. Fishing.

Montana Yale fought against his involuntary vacation. Took more than a bullet in the shoulder to make him call out sick. The chief and his primary physician disagreed.
So here he was, fishing up at his buddy’s cabin in the mountains.

Neither had a clue the catch of a lifetime was one cast away.

  1. About 13 years ago, I changed career directions into one I never would have considered. I was ready to turn down a pretty great offer but a woman I highly respected asked me to take a leap of faith and trust her and others that I'd do well. So, I jumped in on faith (I couldn't see what they were seeing) and accepted the position. It was a turning point not only in my career but my life and ranks as one of the best decisions I ever made.

    1. Sometimes life is about taking that huge, heart pounding leap. So awesome to hear about your wonderful chance.

  2. Happy Easter. I once quit my job in California and moved to North Carolina with no job lined up. It was a great decision in the end.

    1. Happy Easter to you too! Cali to N. Carolina? Yep, that's a BIG change indeed.

  3. I can say without fear of contradiction I've known Bobbi Romans from day one and am proud to call her friend and fellow writer. I've never been so proud to call her friend that when she told me she had a contract and I'm still proud of her. She's done something not everyone has the nerve to do and look at her now.

Congrats on Montana Spring, B, and I know there's more to come!

    1. Awww, thank you Harper! (who also just had a release with "Near Midnight")
      Happy Easter!
PS, Our boy went nuts gathering eggs, wee lass, thought it was a whole lot more fun tossing them.

  4. Happy Easter! Not really

    1. Hahahahaah! Hey you! Weather held off in my part of the country. (Florida) Not cold, not hot though a wee overcast with rainy looking skies.

  5. I have taken a leap of faith and ended up being burned. After awhile, I'm just don't expect much.

    1. Never give up though. While yeah, we do have weigh our options, playing it safe ALL the time can be weary on the heart. Just always ne careful.

I hope next time the situation arises you sort of have to, things turn out wonderful for you.

  6. Happy Easter! After college I moved away from everything and everyone I knew for a job on the other side of the state. It worked out pretty well since I met my hubby at that job. LOL

  7. Ahh-- A ROMANTIC Leap of Faith. Sweet!
